Just bought rooted tablets help

I just got 2 tablets 1 for me and 1 for my daughter I installed a antivirus app and it said both of them were rooted and I also installed supersu app to see if i could unroot them and it could not get access to the root im worried about it will my info and stuff be protected and will i be able to download the apps I want please help thank you

what antivirus software did you download?

Were the tablets new, or second-hand?
