just changed motherboard an cpu

my hp pavilion just got a new motherboard and cpu installed in it but the screen is black/notlighting up.everything else is powered up fans an lights . what can i do to fix this(i also took it apart again to check just in case but still no boot up)

Hi, why did you change the motherboard and CPU? Connect an external monitor, do you have a picture on it? Look at the laptop screen at an angle, do you see a faint picture?

there is no faint picture putting a external monitor dosent work either.changed because motherboard was defective and screenn would black out for no reason. now it wont even boot up when i changed it
everything powers up fans and lights
