hello friend, i done everything right, all cables connected carefully with all precautions. But still my laptop is angry from me(not turning on) . can anyone suggest me some technical solution of this.

No way to know what you did , so no way to fix it without someone looking at the laptop locally, only thing anyone can tell you online is to check over what you did.

It is now running good. but i am unable to access it's hardware configurations now..... speccy is not working and msinfo32 too not working
