Jvc DVD no sounD

I have a 32" JVC TV with built in DVD been ok but now no sound when the DVD plays but sound on tv so speakers ok. I did a reset from beginning but it's still the same any help?

Some DVD discs have an audio menu. Try a different audio codec.
