Kaspersky 2017 not working in windows 10

Hi, my laptop is running windows 10 and I jjst installed kaspersky internet security yesterday and worked fine but now when I tried to open kasperky it kept on loading and not the software doesnt open and I tried it several times now. Any ideas what I should do

Can try to repair the install
right click start button
choose control panel
go to Programs, uninstall a program
click on Kapersky but don't uninstall it. Choose repair from the menu at top (you may need to click uninstall and the installer may run the repair action)


did you only buy it yesterday? I would contact their support if that were case. I can't see any similar cases.

I had issues with Kaspersky too , switched to F-Secure.
