Keep old 2.0 speaker or go for 2.1 speaker instead new

Old speaker ... 2.0 , from 1990's when I had pentium ibm computer pc.
It have treble, bass and volume setting.
On both they is small and main speaker.
Oh each small and main it is written
15w 4(omega sign)
On back it is written not much but is shown expect these
Speaker 4" (10 2mm) and 1 1/2 "(3 8mm)
Frequency response 60-20000hz
Ac24v/30w
Need to buy adaptor if I keep this.

Or should I consider speaker from these, as the cost of new adaptor for it and minor repair will come around to these new speaker price.

I though to guide and hardware where different so. Though I could get answer from both places.
Not my intention of having duplicate posts...

With the limited information I would guess that your old speakers will sound better. The only possible area that the new ones may be better is in the bass. Old ones seem to have a separate tweeter which will give you extended range and detail.

I can show u the pictures of my old speaker. But I did wrote everything written on it except multimedia speake is written on back. No brand or anything as it came with the IBM PC ...

And for new u can check the link otherwise I written the basic of it.

In the old they are two large 4inch and two small 1 1/2 inch .
Confirm where to upload and I will do that and share the link here.
I need for my movies watching , voice chatting, youtube and regular stuff , hardly for gaming, eventhough I use to play games on the pc with this speaker also.
