Keep Windows 8.1 or install 7

Recently I purchased a Gigabyte p34v2 cf2 laptop which comes stock with windows 8.1.

I was wondering whether I should remove windows 8.1 and install windows 7.
What are the pros and cons of each OS?
Although I have heard the mobile interface of windows 8.1 sucks but you can download programs that help make it manageable (like adding a start button)

I like it. And do not miss the start menu at all. Boot directly to the desktop, oft used applications pinned to the taskbar.

Start menu? No need for it.
