Every once in a while my laptop becomes unresponsive must hold power button to Restart and then it work for a while and hand again. Please help me. Thank you very much in advance.

I would run memtest86+ to test RAM, do a HDD surface scan by opening CMD and running chkdsk /r, and test you can stress-test the CPU using Prime95. I have also seen bad batteries cause problems like this. If your battery doesn't charge, take it out for a while and see if it still happens.
