keyboard is not working

after updating to windows 10

Try the following... which can be done with the trackpad or a mouse.

1. Delete the keyboard driver(s).
2. Reboot the computer, yes without adding a new driver.
3. When the computer restarts, it should load the driver.

If it still won't work after that, try turning off the laptop, connect an external keyboard and then turn the laptop back on. If the external one works, then your keyboard may have been damaged and need replacing.
