Question Keyboard issue

Hello everyone I'm new here. I have a problem regarding a Toshiba C55-A5300.
When i turn on the power button it boots up and shows "RTC battery is low" " Press F2 key to set date / and time". I tried pressing f2 /f9/f12 none of the keys are responding. I tried external keyboars but still nothing. That error only shows on bootup and then after a minute or two the laptop shuts down again. I tried removing battery cmos and and main battery, even changing the ram I still get the same error. Please help.

Replace the CMOS battery don't just remove it.
