Keyboard keys transposed

Hello,my a and q keys are transposed on a lenovo laptop how can i fix this

First confirm that they are physically in the right place with reference to another keyboard or a picture of the Lenovo (from the manual or their website ?).

Check that you have the language setting at English (Control Panel).

Are any other keys transposed ? Have you tried an external keyboard ?

No solution, speak to Lenovo.
