Keyboard laptop, can't be use

So, i just install remote link Asus, and the system ask me to restart my laptop, so i restart it, and after i restart it, when i want to fill my laptop password, the keyboard and the touchpad can't be used, and i Try to use mouse and it can, but when i Try to use portable keyboard, i still cant fill my password. help me please. Thanks

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try it again after it boot up.
- If it will not work try it in Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options, select Safe Mode then press Enter.
- In Safe Mode see if you'll be able to login or not.
- If the same problem will persist in Safe Mode where you still can't login do contact ASUS support for more troubleshooting step about the password related concern.
