keyboard not working properly

i bought a new laptop Haier 7G 5H. After 2 weeks its 3 keys are not working (qyc) can u tell about it

This problem arises because of internal damage or may be some malware/Virus.
Perform following tips:
Scan and remove malware/viruses.
Give some little shake to the laptop.
Use KeyTweak to restore or remap the failing keyboard keys.
Run windows in safe-mode and check it.
