Keyboard not working

Hi my keyboard is not working I tried plugging in a USB keyboard (tried all usb ports as it has 3) so I could hit enter as it asks when my computer starts up. When the computer starts up it is stuck on "windows resume loader" and I need to select continue with system resume but have no way of doing this. Please help! I need to get into my computer as I have pictures I need off of it!

are you saying both the attached and an external keyboard won't work? Did you attach the external one while the computer was turned completely off and then turn it on?
