Keyboard Problems WRONG

I moved my computer and if CAPS LOCK is "ON" all characters are in lower case! NUM LOCK does not work

Reinstall the Drivers of keyboard. Check whether the keys are in upright condition.

Have you spilled anything on the keyboard (or has anyone else) by accident? If you're capable, you can check the keyboard data cable, but that requires a bit of work and risks any warranty you have.
