keyboard will not type letters, only types numbers

keyboard will not type letters a-z but it will l will type numbers
my keyboard will not work with letters, i can type numbers but not letters, why?

Seems like a pretty cut dry problem. Check the ribbon cable on it and reseat it. Otherwise replace the keyboard all together.
