Hi i remove the laptop keyboard and then i put back in it with power on of laptop now keyboard is not working because i think i did not turn off power of laptop So i want to know is my keyboard got damage or ZIF connector?

No way to know where the issue is, take apart again and recheck the connections. If you did this with the laptop power on, you could have fried the hardware. No way to know if it's the keyboard or motherboard side without swapping the keyboard and seeing if the new one works.
