Keyborad is wrong

hi my daughter pressed somethin on her keyboard last nite now the keys r messed up wen i press A i gets nothin wen i press r i get rfvb some keys work fine othere give me 3 or 4 letters at a time L gives me lo. ive scratched my head for hours over this 1 cant get it bk tried systen restore it didnt help any1 out there with any suggestion much welcome tyhx for ur time and ur help xxxx

try to turn your computer off then on?
If that doesn't work, try removing the battery too.
Then, try double-pressing the fn key.
Then contact customer support.

hi chaorace thx for ur reply luv unfortunatly it hasnt worked cant figure out wats wrong its an old lappy so no support on it ive a friend who builds them so if i get a fixit i will post n let u know thx for ur help xxx kate
