Keys stopped responding

I was typing on my Dell Inspiron, something flashed on the screen about keys, I missed it as I was typing and then realized that there was no response to my typing. My mouse works fine it's that my keys are not responding. It seems that there must be a function to turn this back on but I have been unable to figure it out.

Sticky Keys is what probably popped up. Here's how you get to it to turn it off:
