my roommate bought the Klipsch 48 soundbar with additional woofer, excellent investment. recently he purchased a pair of Klipsch r-51pm speakers which we are trying to pair with the 48 soundbar. ihave tried to connect to it directly with no success, he has the speakers hooked up to his Hisense tv via the optical option, ant suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thank you

If you are trying to connect the R-51PM speakers using Bluetooth, the soundbar Bluetooth is for connecting input sources like a phone, not for other speakers.

thank you for response. i understand about the soundbar bluetooth, i was hoping there was a solution for all klipsch products to function together.

There are not many vendors that have all their products working together. Sonos is the only one I can think of, although not sure how well various generations work with each-other.
