Kyocera won't mount SD card

My phone says the SD card is blank, I try to moun it and it wanted me to format it so I did. Then it said checking SD card. It's like it doesn't do anything

No I'm not real sure if it's good or not or whatever. I've had trouble with it since I bought it brand new

If it has been a problem since purchased, you may want to take it back. Also, as you didn't say, depending on the phone it is going in, and the GB on the card, it may not work in that phone if it has to much space.
