lags from time to time

howsit guys.ive got a dell i7 2ghz.8gb ram.1gb nvidea gt 525m graphics.wen playing games like torchlight 2,starcraft 2 and test drive unlimited 1 it will run smoothly and if i play again later the games will lag,badly fps way down.and when i try to play again then it will run smoothly again.any suggestions

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.

- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been installed then set Nvidia as the default GPU.
