Lap top Opening problem

When i open my lap top , i received a message saying (cspyrx is compressed .. Press alt+ctrl+del )
After pressing it i received nothing & the message is repeated as if the laptop didn't affect by the pressing.

Ok here is the correct spelling (CSPYX)

Still none the wiser - - no reference found.
Obscure filenames like that could indicate a malware infection, so do a full system scan with some reliable & up-to-date antivirus software.
