Question Laptop 60hz to 120hz possible with this one?

Hi all,

I have a gigabyte pv15f v3 laptop and I wanna upgrade the screen from 60hz to 120hz but I'm not very technical... can you guys recommend a 120hz panel that would fit into this laptop? It would be greatly appreciated!

Could i upgrade this anywhere else?
I have changed the HDD For a 1TB SSD.
Added 16GB DDR3.
