Solved! Laptop at a crawl

Bought my laptop just over a year ago new, and it's already slowed to a crawl when starting up and keeps crashing applications for around 10-15 minutes after turning on.
It's an Acer aspire e-15 i5, windows 10. I don't have anything on the laptop that I don't need, it only has office for college and chrome, firefox, etc.
I live in Ireland if anyone knows if I can replace it anywhere or know how to get rid off it if I can't get her working again. Thanks.

You could try and reinstall the OS after creating the bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools. You can then proceed to get online and see if you have any BIOS updates pending for the laptop..

Check the hard drive with its manufacturer´s tool
even if it´s fine you could replace the hard drive with a SSD

Check the RAM with memtest.org (USB auto installer)

Check temperatures in BIOS
