laptop battery charging issue

hello plz somebody solve this problem i buy a new laptop battery it works fine when battery goes low i connect it with charger and start play games like starcraft 2 etc when its completed his charging i disconnect the adapter but sometimes battery stuck during charging on 72 or 80 percentage i empty the battery and reconnect it then problem solve but now battery stuck at 76% and never goes up i try everything help me

If you bought a cheaper chinese battery it is likely a bad battery.
