laptop battery loses charge in 20 minutes when unplugged

Toshiba KiraBook laptop keeps charge for only 20 minutes when laptop is unplugged. It used to last for several hours in the past!

Remove your battery and try plugging it back. If the problem persists then you need to replace your battery.
