Laptop battery not fully charging

Hi guys, I have a problem with my Asus laptop . This laptop is one year old and the battery doesn't charge past 90-93% . Also I've downloaded battery care or something and it says that my charge/discharge rate is 0. Please help . Could it be the AC adapter ? Thank you

Contact ASUS for support if system is in warranty. It is not likely a charger issue if the system does charge. Maybe you set the power manager to max lifespan charging mode? In some modes the battery does not charge to 100%. It's more likely a bad battery than a charger in your case.
