Laptop black screen fan spin at full speed non-stop

laptop fan spins full speed unstoppable, no hdd light activity, no post, no boot.

this happens after i disassemble the laptop, before that everything working fine, just disassemble it to reapply thermal paste, checked all the connectors and carefully assembled the laptop back.

Have you opened it back up and made sure nothing was jarred or knocked loose?
