Question Laptop buying advice?

I have an incredibly outdated Microsoft Surface Book Pro and am looking to buy a new laptop. It was fantastic back in the day, but now programs like Photoshop crash constantly and it lags on everything. Can anyone give me advice on good laptops?

Although I'm looking for something that has it all, I understand I'm probably going to have to sacrifice something somewhere, so I've put my wishlist of features in order.

  1. Needs to be able to run Adobe Creative Suite (I'm a graphic designer), especially Photoshop
  2. NOT a Mac
  3. Touch Screen
  4. Stylus Pen (with rotation and pressure sensitivity, even if it is a third party product)
  5. 2 in 1 (can open all the way to a tablet mode)
  6. Can be used as a halfway decent gaming computer
I know for the most part a newer Surface product seems the way to go, but I read they aren't any good for gaming. Before I commit, I thought I'd ask somewhere people knew what they were talking about. I would really appreciate any advice on products, or at least specs to look for to help me search.

Thanks!

Would I get a better all around product if I just get a decent gaming computer and purchase a third party drawing tablet to use, instead of a touch screen display?
