You may be able to but there are a few things to ensure first. A "no" answer to any of the below would make me say no
Does the adapter physically fit?
Is the polarity correct (inner pole positive or...)?
Do the adapters have the same voltage?
Does the Lenovo adapter supply the same (or greater) current (amps)?
If yes to all of the above, you should be okay
