Hello guys, im planning to buy a laptop for 350e

4GB DDR3 (1600MHz)
HD 7670m
Intel Core i3-3217U
500GB SATA 3 HDD

Is it worth buying. I want to watch movies on TV,play strategy games and CS:GO?

I think thats pretty good but tell me your budget and if your budget is over $399 i think the surface 2 is good for you
