Hi. My laptop is 10 years old now and I'm choosing a new one.
I have $1000. Here in my region I can by Lenovo Y900 (on sale) with 6700hq/980m4gb/hdd+ssd/8gbRam for that money. Good overall mid-high (old components, yes, but still) laptop with 17 screen IPS mech keyboard etc.
For the same price I can buy a laptop with new components. The max that I can get for money is 1050 Ti (15 screen/no ssd) lowmid-mid laptop or hot ASUS with 1060 3gb, bad LCD with no additional ram/ssd etc. For the same (~) quality like Lenovo I need $1500+ (for ex. HP Omen 17) with 1060.
So the basic question is - old good laptop Lenovo Y900 with overall better quality or "something" regular with new 1050 ti? Thank you in advance.
p.s. Yes I play games but not often and I don't need ultra etc but in future I want play The Elder Scrolls VI atleast in 720p with 30fps.

I am considering buying a new laptop but not used or something. If I understand correctly.
So what the best option - 980M 4gb or 1050 ti 4gb for the same price?
