Hi,

I have a laptop Dell Inspiron N7720 Special Edition FULL HD Ivy Bridge i7-3610QM 16GB 750GB 7200RPM nVIDIA GT 650M 2GB.
Its MB is broken (still under investigation if it can be fixed).
The MB replacement costs at a local Dell dealer almost half of what I paid for the laptop.
What options I have to minimize my expenses?

1 reason that it would be very expensive is because Dell are the one who will replace the motherboard for you plus the cost of the motherboard. If you have knowledge when it comes with opening or building a PC I would suggest replacing the motherboard yourself.

thanks for info, Dell support indicated me the part number as 23F19 (DELL Motherboard OPTIMUS 7720), I'll have to check if the MB is identical to what is sold on ebay from your ink but it looks promising
