Laptop diode pj88

The diode on my motherboard laptop blew up. it says "PJ88 iV" on the chip. Any idea what the manufactuerer part no is? or any matching part?

hi i got the same problem with my laptop, gateway M-7315, PJ88 IV chip is burned, i want to buy that chip or remplacement....
