Hello,

Laptop Packard Bell EasyNote LJ71 doesn't start at all. I press the power button and all the lights get on like normaly. One second after everything switch off and shine only blue power LED and I can hear very slow running CPU fan. The screen is still black.

I have tried to reset the laptop by pressing power button for 20 sec and 60 sec. with and without power..
I have replaced RAM.
I have disconnected HD.
I have tried to reset CMOS, but the battery is soldered into motherboard.

In short, I'm in the end of ideas and hour of googling also doesn't help.

If you guys have some formula. I will very appreciate you.

I had the same problem, there was no screen activity but there was a blue led light and some other small lights. I tried taking out the hard drive out, but it did not work, i then replaced it with another hard driver (out of an old totally different laptop) put it in what do you know it was working. I also put the hard drive i took out into the older computer and unfortunatly it said i was corrupt basically.
