Laptop for Adobe Photoshop and Premiere

I am looking for a laptop to do a good bit of photo editing on Ps, and a moderate amount of video editing as I get into film. I was looking at laptops with 16GB, i7, and some sort of dedicated GPU. I have about a $1100 budget and would really like some help. Thanks

They both have i7s, 16gigs of RAM and a discrete gpu. I might get the dell but it's all in your choice
