Laptop for cancer patient with right arm mobility problems

I recently was diagnosed with brain cancer and have lost the mobility in my right arm. I was right handed. How can I use a computer for writing and editing now.

A few ideas:

You can reassign mouse buttons for a left hand.

There are voice transcription programs that will transform your voice to text.

It might be helpful to check the windows ease of access center.
