Laptop for college and movies.

Hey guys, so i'm going to be going to college for a bachelors in IT (yeah it and i'm asking for advise on laptops but i just want some opinion). So what i want is something that will work for college and watching movies. Has to be Win10, have at least HD IPS display, and use a SSD not HD all for under 650$. Thanks guys =)
