Laptop for gaming and school

My son needs a laptop for school work but also wants to be able to play games on it - Minecraft is his current favourite. Can someone please suggest one that might be suitable. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply - I have a MacBook Air and my son uses that! He says tho that it's not good enough for the game he plays (server based - Minecraft) and that it 'lags'! I am not sure about this tho!

Minecraft is a very resource intensive game. The laptop you buy will need to have a dedicated GPU for it to run properly.
