Laptop for league of legends

Budget around 500$. Will mainly be playing league of legends and skyping at the same time. Fine with playing at low settings as long as it's smooth. Any suggestions?

Thanks. League isn't really a demanding game but I am willing to a little higher than 500$ if I have to. Any other suggestions?

Go with a Haswell equipped system; either an i5 or - preferably - an i7. The new microarchitecture has a better iGPU, and that will suit your budget as well as your needs.

A dedicated GPU would be better, but you're looking at $700 - $800 starting to get a entry level/decent dGPU.

Rather weak processor... But nice gpu for the price I guess. I'd get it if I were worried about graphics.

Rather weak processor... But nice gpu for the price I guess. I'd get it if I were worried about graphics.

i5 is a good CPU - that just has a low clock frequency. The U suffix on the model (3337U) means ultra low power, if I recall correctly.

And the GPU is actually not very capable. 🙁

Oh sure - especially since it's comparing the latest generation NVidia cards to last gen Intel HD 4000. For about $70 more than the Acer, MSI has their CX61 laptop with a 730M and a better i5 (3230M).
