Laptop gaming at 80c

Is gaming at 80c can damage my Laptop?.and is it safe?
i3-3120M
Intel HD Graphics 4000

Ive already asked this,but I need more answers...hahaha.....if you need more specs of my lappy you can ask that or something for something...hahaha

max temp for that cpu is 90C so 80C is really not good. I would say 70-75C max safe sustained temps. also double check that your using an app that reads the temp correctly. there are some that don't read it right.
