Hello,
I have been thinking about purchasing the HP Pavilion 15-ab027tx notebook, which is within my budget (RS 40000). It has the following specs :-Intel Core i3 5010u processor, AMD Radeon R7 M360 2GB graphics and 4GB RAM. Can I play games like GTA 5, Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag, Hitman Absolution and other new games at low to medium settings with 30-40 fps? If not, which laptop is recommended for gaming which will fit my budget?

If you look at this link, you can see some gaming benchmarks and how it performs on lower settings and resolutions. Which.. Doesn't look all to good for you. Personally I'd say build a nice computer for that money (40000 rs = €540?) then you will be much happier in the long run than a laptop.

Not one with a decent graphics card to run games steady +30fps on a decent resolution. With that budget most graphics cards will be comparable with the one you chose now which run modern games below 30fps on a low resolution. Maybe you can find a nice secondhand gaming laptop.
