I am planning on buying a laptop and use it temporarily to play some games on until i get a proper desktop. How should a laptop with these specs run:

AMD A10-8700P Quad Core-processor with Radeon R6-grafik, 1,8-3,2GHz
17,3-tums Full HD BrightView-skärm (1920 x 1080)
AMD Radeon R8 M365DX graphics card 2GB memory
8GB RAM and 1TB SSHD

Do you think it's better to get an Intel i5 dual core cpu that ends with ''U'' together with a gtx 950m (or higher) or is this laptop that I originally chosen better?

Yes, you will definitely get much better gaming performance. Intel dual core i5 CPUs provides better overall performance compared to AMD's quad core A10 APUs. In terms of raw performance, the A10 can only come close to the raw performance of a Core i5 CPU if all 4 cores are used.

The GTX 950m is far more powerful than the Radeon R8 M365DX even though most "hardcore gamers" do a consider the GTX 950m to be a "gaming GPU". That would be reserved for the GTX 960m and above GPUs.

Hm, I can't find any 950m's in my price range... Will a 940m be good though you think?
