My laptop was on charging and then i think there was a short circuit in it, some smoke was coming out, Its not turning on now, can i fix it or atleast get my data back?

You can take it to a local hardware tech shop, and see if they can remove the SSD, but everything else is likely unfixable.

Probably not. If you could, you would have already taken it apart and diagnosed the problem.

Can you get your data back?
Maybe.

Take this dead laptop to a local shop with competent people, and ask them.
This will cost money.
