I want to play Rome 2 Total War in extreme graphics settings. Considering these two graphic cards for gaming laptops:

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060

Which one would have the best performance? Thank you in advance.

performance wise, both the about same.
do both laptop have same vram, ram, ssd, screen, etc?
if they are all the same, take 2060

Considering everything is almost the same, which graphic card would be better? I'm not sure about VRAM laptop, all that I know is that Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 has 8 GB DDR5 and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 has 6 GB DDR6. The extra 2 GB DDR5 that Nvidia GeForce GTX 2070 has over RTX 2060 would make the difference? Laptops with GTX 2070 and RTX 2060 have almost the same price.
