Will the nividia geforce gtx950m play total war Attila? And if you know at what graphics level that would be helpful.

Yes it will, at medium/high 900p. Although, Total War very CPU demanding game. What cpu will you run?

I'm ordering a customized HP envy 15t with a 5th gen IntelR coreTM i7 5500u dual core processor with the nvidia Geforce Gtx 950m discrete graphics. 12 gb of ram and a display of (1920x1800

Although i7 5500u not the best gaming performer, it will run Total War at medium/high 900p pretty well.

That's th only game I'll probably ever run on it but it will run the game without much problem?

I running Total War Rome 2 (and most AAA games) (which is probably the same spec requirements as Attila) on i7 4710q(better cpu than i7 5500u), and 860m (slightly better than 950m) at 1600x900, on high/ultra settings with no problem at pretty good FPS. You should be fine with your specs at medium.
