My laptop is not opening and when the usb port is working when my laptop is not powering on also. I don't know what to do? Need help

No opening you mean not turning on? At all? Exactly what happens when you hit the power button?

Have you tried with the battery out? What is the laptop model?

Can't make out what you are saying about the usb port is working, what do you mean there?
