laptop is turning after too many pressing of power button

my lenovo laptop is not turning on easily it takes 2 hours to on after pressing power button 20 or 30 times

Need a lot more details about the issue, model/brand of system, anything happen before the issue started? Does it work the same way with the batter in or out?
