Laptop keeps disconnecting

I have a problem with my computer. It has a problem were it disconnects from the internet but all the other devices that I have stay on it and its a pain because I wait 5 seconds for it to come back and it will stay up but then it will keep doing it over and over. If anyone can help please respond would be greatly appreciated.

Could be the wifi router. I once bought a new laptop that did the same. Turned out it was incompatible with the telco's wifi modem that the other (older) devices connected to it were fine with.
